It’s Monday and most of us have the first day of the week woes. Well here’s a way to start off your day with a quick and healthy breakfast treat!
Monday’s Cereal “Sundae”
1 1/2 cup of plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup of fiber-rich bran flakes (also try granola to switch it up)
1/4 cup of nuts or fresh or dried fruit, such as chopped pecans or blueberries. (which adds additional fiber and vitamins)
Optional: You can also add a swirl of organic honey if you’d like for taste.
Mix it in a bowl or to-go container and you’ve got a Monday funday cereal Sundae!
